2/3 cup of pitted and chopped green olives
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of grated lime zest

Dip the fish fillets in milk, then lightly dust with flour
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Fry the fish in butter or margarine until it's cooked through on both sides
Transfer the fish to a baking dish and keep warm
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, chopped green olives, lemon juice, and grated lime zest
Heat the sauce slowly over low heat
Serve by pouring the sauce over the fish fillets
