Heat the parsley, garlic, and olive oil in a pan over medium heat
Let it simmer for 3 minutes
Add the hot water and let it come to a boil
Add the fish fillets and seasonings
Cook for 5-10 minutes
Serve with your preferred liquid
Portion into 4 parts.
