480 g of fish fillets

2 eggs
1/2 cup (chopped) of milk
1 1/2 cups (chopped) of croissant dough crumbs
1 cup (chopped) of olive oil.
Sauce:
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of margarine
2 cups of broccoli florets
2 cups of passionfruit pulp juice
1/2 cup (chopped) of white wine

Baste the fish fillets with garlic and salt
Dredge them in wheat flour, then in the egg mixture with milk, and finally in croissant dough crumbs
Fry in hot olive oil
For the sauce, sauté the onion and garlic in margarine and add the broccoli florets and passionfruit pulp juice
Simmer for five minutes
Finally, add the white wine
Drizzle the sauce over the fish fillets
Serve warm.
