1/4 cup of butter (50g)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 medium onion (100g), cut into thin slices
1 medium bell pepper (130g), cut into thin slices
1 cup of frozen or canned green corn, drained (150g)

In a large mixing bowl, season the mignon beef with salt
Set aside
In a large skillet, combine the butter and olive oil
Heat over medium heat until the butter melts
Add the reserved mignon beef, onion, and bell pepper
Cook until the bell pepper is tender (about 5 minutes)
Transfer the onion and bell pepper to a separate bowl
Set aside
Fry the mignon beef until golden brown on all sides (about 20 minutes)
Add the green corn, chopped parsley, reserved onion and bell pepper, and cook for about 1 minute
Transfer to a serving dish, dust with chopped parsley, and serve immediately
