Season the steaks with half the salt
In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over high heat
Fry two steaks at a time until they are cooked to your liking (about 2 minutes per side)
Transfer the steaks to a platter and reserve
Add the potatoes and remaining salt to the skillet and fry, stirring constantly, until the potatoes are tender (about 5 minutes)
Arrange the steaks on top, sprinkle with green peppercorn, and let it cook for about 1 minute
Distribute the steaks among four plates, placing two per plate
Dust with parsley and place the potatoes alongside
Serving immediately
