Steam the broccoli until tender
Transfer it to a blender or food processor and blend quickly
Pour the mixture into a small bowl and add the heavy cream, eggs, and salt and pepper to taste
Mix well and season with salt and black pepper
Place in a low-temperature oven (around 275°F) for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and serve warm with a little tomato sauce.
