In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil
Add the sweet herb and tea bags and extinguish the flame
After 5 minutes, drain
In a food processor, quickly beat the yeast, flour, and sugar
Add the olive oil and tea leaves
Beat again until the dough detaches
Transfer it to a floured surface and knead slightly
Place it in a bowl and cover, leaving it to rest for 30 minutes
Divide the dough into two parts and open each one onto a pizza form
Dust with coarse salt and thyme
Bake at high heat for 40 minutes
Remove and dust with dried tomato.
