1 bunch of spinach
1 cup (chopped) of crispy bacon

Wash the spinach leaves and cut them into strips, leaving the stems intact. Reserve
Set aside
In a medium pan, fry the bacon in olive oil until golden brown and crispy
Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside
In the same pan, quickly sauté the spinach without letting it wilt
Transfer to a serving dish
Mix in the reserved bacon, season with salt and black pepper, and serve hot.
