1 Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion
Add the linguiça sausage and cook until tender
Season with salt and set aside
2 In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, and salt
Beat until smooth and pour into an anti-adhesive skillet greased
Cook until golden on one side and flip to cook the other side
Spread the cooked spinach in the center of the omelette and cover with linguiça sausage
Remove from the skillet, fold the omelette in half, and serve immediately.
