180 g of bittersweet chocolate broken into pieces

2 tablespoons of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of cognac
2 tablespoons of grated almond
1 teaspoon of soluble coffee
1 cinnamon stick
cherries, fruit compote cubes, cake or fresh fruit to taste

Combine the chocolate and water in a fondue pot
Stir over low heat until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth and creamy
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until everything is well mixed
Place the fondue pot on a trivet in the center of the table
To serve, each guest will spear a piece of fruit or cake and dip it into the chocolate
