Melt the chocolate bar over low heat with a little water, stirring constantly
Continue stirring until smooth
Pour the melted chocolate into tin molds, leaving room at the top
Let it cool and set
Gently remove the paper from the mold and obtain chocolate bars that can be filled with whipped cream using a piping bag, if desired
Dust the top with a little grated chocolate.
