Pound the fish well
Combine the breadcrumbs
Soak 2 tablespoons of milk with the garlic, parsley, onion, salt, and pepper
Cook in oil for a few minutes
Add the remaining milk, mix well, and fill small individual molds
Top with bread crumbs passed in butter
Bake at moderate heat for 15 minutes
Serve 4 to 5 per serving.
