2 oranges, peeled and cut into slices

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the chicken breasts

Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until browned, then remove from heat

In the same skillet, add the red onion and cook for 3 minutes

Add orange juice, soy sauce, and olive oil, stirring to combine

Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2 minutes
