Cut the chicken into 4 clean pieces
Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper
Mix together the olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley
Generously apply this mixture over the chicken
Grill for about 20 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through
Pickle with liquid from time to time to prevent drying out
When done, serve warm with any remaining sauce poured over the top
