Rinse the chicken under cold water and dry well
Season each piece
Mix the flour, salt, and pepper and sprinkle over the chicken pieces
Pour 1/2 cup of chicken broth into a baking dish
Place the chicken pieces with the skin facing down in the baking dish or oven-safe form
Roast in a hot oven for 30 minutes
Flip the chicken pieces, add the remaining broth, and roast until the chicken is tender
