Marinate the chicken with garlic, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper for 1 hour
Tie the legs with kitchen twine
Brush the chicken with butter and place it in a roasting pan or on a rotisserie, if your oven has that feature
Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions
Baste the chicken twice with its own juices during cooking and, halfway through the cooking time, flip it over to cook evenly on both sides
When done, remove the twine and serve.
