4 chicken thighs and 4 wings
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
100g of smoked bacon, cut into pieces
2 onions, chopped
500g of crushed tomatoes
1kg of sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 sprigs of rosemary
1 cup (challah) of water

Season the chicken with garlic, salt, and black pepper. Reserve
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the bacon until it starts to brown
Add the chicken and cook until it's nicely browned
Add the onions and let them caramelize
Add the crushed tomatoes, sweet potatoes, rosemary, and water
Cover the skillet and bring to a boil at high heat
Reduce the heat and simmer until the sweet potatoes are tender
Turn off the heat and, with a fork, mash the sweet potatoes to thicken the sauce
Serve hot.
