Place the cooked broccoli in a refractory dish
Arrange the chicken pieces on top
Melt the butter over low heat
Add the flour and stir well
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until it thickens
Cooking, stirring continuously, until the sauce thickens
Combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, mustard, onion, wine, and English seasoning sauce
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Cook over low heat until the cheese melts
Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli
Refrigerate until chilled
Wrap in aluminum foil and freeze
To serve, thaw for 2 hours and bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes.
