In a pot, place the chicken and cook in water and salt for 10 minutes
Cut into cubes
In a bowl, drain the soy sauce, wine, ginger, and garlic
Add the cut chicken, mix well, and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan
Add the chicken and onion mixture, and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly until the chicken is tender and the vegetables are cooked
Add the peas and add water if necessary
