500 g of chicken with skin and boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces
Cornstarch
1 cup of vegetable oil for frying
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
6 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of ginger, minced
1 cup of soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
Green onion, chopped

Coat the chicken with cornstarch and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown
Drain and place on paper towels
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and sauté the garlic and ginger until they're lightly browned
Add soy sauce and sugar
Add the chicken, green onion, and stir-fry
Serve with white rice
