Place the seasoned flour and chicken pieces in a paper or plastic bag, and shake to coat evenly
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic, cooking for 2 minutes
Add the chicken pieces, browning them on both sides
Cover the skillet and cook for 45 minutes, until the chicken is tender
Sprinkle the spinach over the chicken, cover again, and let it simmer for a few more minutes before serving
Serve in 4 portions.
