3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon chopped scallion greens
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Combine all ingredients except the chicken, parsley, and flour
Place in a 9-inch microwave-safe dish
Arrange the chicken on top
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening
Microwave on high for 3 minutes
Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes
Let rest for 3 minutes
Remove the meat and add to the sauce made by dissolving the flour in 2 tablespoons of water
Mix well and microwave for 1 minute, stirring once halfway through
Place the chicken on top and sprinkle with parsley
Serve hot, garnished with orange slices if desired.
