Place the flour and salt in a paper bag
Add two or three chicken breasts to the bag at a time and shake well to coat
Heat the oil in a large saucepan
Fry the chicken pieces until they are browned on both sides
Remove the chicken
Combine the contents of the mushroom soup package with the water in the same saucepan
Bring to a boil
Add the chicken back to the saucepan
Reduce heat, cover the saucepan, and simmer until the chicken is tender
Add more water if needed
Serve over macaroni
