2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 can of mushroom soup cream
1/3 cup milk
1 1/3 cups cooked chicken breast, cut into pieces, boned (use leftovers)
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
black pepper to taste
4 toasted bread slices

Fry the onion and bell pepper in butter
Add the soup, milk, chicken, bell pepper, and black pepper
Then, bring to a boil and let it simmer
Serve over toast
