8 long strips of salted salmon fillets

Preheat the oven to high temperature
Brush the chicken with olive oil
On one side, mix together the salt, onion, and thyme, and spread it at the bottom of a heatproof container with a lid
Cover with rosemary and then with the chicken
Douse with dry vermouth and season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper
Place the garlic cloves between the chicken pieces
Cover with aluminum foil and then with the lid
Put it in the oven and let it cook for 1 hour and a half
Serve hot with slices of Italian bread, which pairs perfectly with the garlic.
