Place the chicken pieces in a refractory dish
Combine the salt, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, oregano or marjoram and mix well
Distribute the garlic cloves and drizzle with olive oil
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at moderate heat (170°C) for 2 hours
Serve the chicken with toasted bread
Serves 4 to 5 people
Note: Each person should pass one garlic clove (without skin) over each slice of toast, as a treat.
