Preheat the oven to hot temperature (200°)
In a bowl, mix well the flour, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and sweet potatoes, then set aside
In another bowl, beat well the egg and milk
Wrap the chicken pieces with the nut mixture first, then in the egg-milk mixture, and finally in the nut mixture again
Melt the butter or margarine, place it in a refractory form, and arrange the chicken pieces
Bake for 30 minutes, flip over, and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through
Serve in 4 portions.
