Rub the chicken pieces with lemon juice
Put the flour, salt, and black pepper into a clean and dry plastic bag, then add the chicken pieces
Close it well and shake until the chicken is totally covered by the flour mixture
Heat the butter or margarine and coat the chicken pieces with it
Sift together the flour, salt, sweet paprika, and baking powder
On one side, mix the eggs, milk, melted butter or margarine, green olives, and flour
Pour the dough into a refractory mold
Place the chicken pieces in the dough, leaving space between them for the dough to rise
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 1 hour, or until the chicken and dough are cooked
