Butter the pumpkin skin with margarine, place it in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until soft

Season the chicken with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper
In a pan, heat some olive oil and cook the chicken
Dust the mushrooms with flour and sauté them in the same pan as the chicken
Add the cream cheese mixture to the pan and stir gently

Turn off the stove and let it cool slightly
Place it on a platter, cover it with shredded mozzarella cheese, some parsley flakes, and drizzle with olive oil
