1 whole chicken
3 French breakfast eggs
1/2 cup (chicken-sized) milk
2 sprigs of thyme
3 egg yolks
English sauce drops
1/2 tablet of butter
Salt and black pepper to taste

Salt and black pepper to taste
Season the chicken inside and out with salt and black pepper. Reserve
Cut the bacon into cubes and mix it with milk, eggs yolks and thyme
Allow them to soften and season with English sauce drops
Stuff the cavity of the chicken with this mixture and place it in a baking dish
Brush all over the bird with butter and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil
Bake in a medium oven for 1 hour
Remove the foil, let it brown while still cooking
Turn off the oven and let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving, covered with aluminum foil.
