Cut the chicken breasts into medium-sized squares and season with salt and pepper
Use a little salt, as the pecans are already salty
Slice the bell peppers into thick strips
Heat oil in a pan
Add the chicken pieces and let them fry until they're done
Add the sliced bell peppers and onion and let it fry for a few more minutes
Add the pecans
Mix together soy sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch
Add to the pan and stir well, letting it heat through
