4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 green pepper, chopped
2 diced tomatoes, peeled and seeded
500g cooked and shredded chicken breast
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion until golden, then add the green pepper and tomatoes
Cook the green pepper until tender
Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and parsley
Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then gradually add the yolks, cheese, and cornstarch
Mix in the baking powder
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese
Place half of the mixture, followed by the chicken, and finish with the remaining mixture
Bake at 200°C until golden
Serve immediately.
