1 small cabbage, cut into strips
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups cooked rice
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
1 small cabbage, cut into strips

1 Boil the cabbage in water with salt until tender
Drain and set aside
In a large, deep skillet, melt the butter over low heat
2 When melted, arrange layers of cabbage, half the rice, half the tomato sauce, and half the mozzarella
3 Continue layering ingredients until all are used up
4 Beat eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, and Parmesan in a blender
Pour over the mozzarella, cover the skillet, and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
