1 Preheat a non-stick skillet and fry the bacon in its own fat until golden brown
Add the potato slices and cook them until they're tender and lightly browned
2 Add the onion rings and sauté them until they become translucent and soft
Add the pepper and stir for 1 minute
Pour in the tempered eggs, seasoned with salt and black pepper, and cover all the ingredients
3 Let it cook on one side until golden brown, then flip it over and cook on the other side
Serve immediately.
