Combine flour with oil, salt, wine, and mix until frothy bubbles form
Let it rest for about 40 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, grated lime zest, and brandy
Fold in the whipped egg whites
Peel the melon
Cut it in half, remove seeds, and cut the remaining flesh into slices about 4 cm thick
Sprinkle with sugar and lime juice
Let it rest for 1 hour
Dip the slices into the prepared mixture and fry in hot oil until golden brown
