1 tablespoon of caramel sauce

70 g of caramel sauce
1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Deskin the puddings, remove the seeds part
Dip in lime juice and place hazelnut strips around the puddings
Crush the crystallized fruits, mix with hazelnut flour and fill the puddings using also the remaining hazelnut strips
Melt butter in a refractory form
Place the puddings in the form
Add wine and water with caramel sauce
Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes
Place a pudding over each dessert plate and cover with one
