5 well-green terra bananas
2 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Vegetable oil for frying
Mash the garlic with salt
Set aside
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and let it warm up
While that's happening, grate the bananas coarsely
Sprinkle with mashed garlic
Use 1 tablespoon to pick up chunks of banana and squeeze them slightly in the spoon
Let them slide into the hot oil
Fry until golden brown, turning once or twice
Drain on paper towels
Serves 10 people
Note: Terra bananas should be well-green when grating to avoid mashing.
