1/2 kg of seedless grapes
1 small pineapple, cut into small cubes
2 oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of orange liqueur
1 cup of fresh whipped cream or heavy cream, without serum
30g of dark chocolate

Place the pineapple in a shallow dish
Cover with sliced orange
Remove the seeds from the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds
Arrange the grapes on top of the orange
Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with orange liqueur
Refrigerate until serving time
About 10 minutes before serving, preheat the oven to a warm temperature
Whip the heavy cream or use store-bought whipped cream
Cover the fruit with the whipped cream
Grate the dark chocolate over the whipped cream
Place in the oven for a few minutes to melt the chocolate slightly
Serve immediately
You can vary the fruits, increase the amount of liqueur or chocolate, to taste
This salad can also be made in individual ramekins that can be baked on a baking sheet.
