1 can of pears or peaches in syrup
For the chocolate sauce:
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar
80g of dark or semi-dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 can of pears or peaches in syrup
For the chocolate sauce:

1 cup of sugar
80g of dark or semi-dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Heat the milk and sugar until they come to a boil
Let it simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly
Reduce the heat, add in the broken chocolate and stir until melted and smooth
If necessary, whisk until creamy
Remove from heat, add in the butter or margarine and stir
Add vanilla
Drain the fruits and serve with two slices of pineapple, or 2 halves of pear or peach on each plate, covered with a little warm chocolate sauce
Any remaining fruit can be used the next day to serve with a fruit salad or ice cream.
