1 medium-sized banana-flavored pear (75 g), peeled and chopped

In a blender, beat the egg whites until foamy
Add the almond extract and yogurt and mix gently with a spatula or wooden spoon
Add 1/2 teaspoon each of almonds, cherry, raisin, and orange peel
Dip the banana in lemon juice and add to the mixture
Distribute among four servings and sprinkle with the remaining chopped fruits
Serve immediately
