Cook the artichokes, remove the leaves and fibrous part
Rub lime juice on the cut surfaces
Mix together breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Fill the artichoke bottoms with this mixture and place them side by side in a baking dish with 3 cm of water
Place a slice of lime and 1 tablespoon of salt in the water
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at moderate heat (170°C) for an hour or until they are tender
Bake for 6 portions.
