Preparation
Step 1: In a bowl, crumble the Roquefort cheese with a fork and mix in the cream and butter
Season with salt and black pepper
Set aside
Step 2: Cook the fusilli pasta in 3 liters of boiling salted water until al dente
Drain and transfer to a serving dish
Step 3: Mince the garlic in a pan
Add the reserved sauce and heat it up until simmering
Pour over the fusilli and serve immediately.
