4 tablespoons of peanut oil

1 can of tomato puree with juice
4 sausages, sliced

400g of macaroni, cooked al dente

Heat the peanut oil in a pan, sauté the onion and bell peppers until tender

Add the tomato puree and juice to the pan, stir well
Let it simmer for a few minutes
Add the sausage, pesto, salt to taste, and stir well

Turn off the heat, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve over cooked macaroni
Serve immediately with grated cheese.
