1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cups chopped green pepper

4 small cooked carrots

Dissolve the gelatin in hot water
Refrigerate until slightly set
Add lemon juice, shredded cabbage, and chopped green pepper; season to taste with salt
Pour into a round mold and refrigerate until firm
Dismount onto a round plate
Slice the carrots into thin strips and arrange on top of the salad to resemble a cartwheel's spokes, placing a carrot slice in the center
Serve with mayonnaise
