5 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of tomato puree
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of finely chopped bell pepper
800g of snapper fillet cut into 2cm cubes
200g of fresh peas
2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
Salt and white peppercorns to taste
5 tablespoons of olive oil

Season the fish with salt and pepper
Set aside
Mix the olive oil with the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and anchovies and place it in a refrigerator
Microwave on high for 2 minutes
Add the peas and tomato puree
Season with salt and pepper
Cover with a suitable lid or plastic wrap leaving a small opening
Cook in the microwave on high for an additional 5 minutes
Add the fish and cook on high for 7 minutes
Stir carefully and let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
