Crush the coriander with the onion, pepper, and tomatoes to obtain a paste
Add salt and lime juice
Leave the fish and shrimp marinating in this mixture for at least 1 hour
Place the fish, shrimp, and marinade in a pot with a lid
Add water and dendê oil
