2 fillets of anchovy roughly chopped
1 2/3 cup of fresh peas (200 g)
3 tablespoons of tomato paste

Season the fish with half the salt and pepper. Reserve
In a refractory, mix the olive oil, onion, garlic, parsley, and anchovy
Microwave on high for 2 minutes
Add the peas, tomato paste, and remaining salt
Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary
Cover with plastic wrap leaving a small opening and microwave on high for an additional 5 minutes
Add the fish, mix well, and cook in the microwave on high for an additional 7 minutes
Stir and let it rest for 3 minutes
Serve immediately
