Choose 6 ramekins, place 1/2 tablespoon of butter or margarine and 1 tablespoon of whipped cream and a pinch of salt in the bottom of each one
Crack 1 egg into each ramekin
Assemble the ramekins in a baking dish with boiling water and bake in a regular oven at 190°F until the eggs are cooked through
Serve hot for 6 people
