6 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1/2 liter of milk
1/2 liter of chicken broth
2 firm tomatoes
1 cup of vinegar
1/2 liter of water
1/2 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
chopped fresh parsley

Mash the garlic very well
Add the breadcrumbs
Make a paste, adding some drops of chicken broth
Place in a bowl with the remaining broth
Add the finely chopped vegetables
Refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours
Combine the lukewarm milk and water
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and vinegar
Serve chilled
