1 cup of pineapple juice

Mix the pineapple juice with 3/4 cup of water, 3/4 cup of sugar, and the lemon juice
Simmer for 5 minutes
Let it cool
Add the avocado, place in a cold freezer tray, and let it freeze until almost firm
Beat the egg whites until stiff and slowly add 1/4 cup of sugar, beating continuously
Place the frozen mixture into a cold bowl and beat until smooth
Add the whipped cream, mixing well
Return to the freezer and let it freeze again until firm
Scoop into 6 portions
(Check the sugar content and add more if desired before returning the entire mixture to the freezer for the second time.)
